The Oppo Reno 6 Pro has been launched by the Italian company in January this year. The company released two phones, the Oppo Reno 6 and the Oppo Reno Vigor. With both having similar looks, with some additional functions on offer, I will compare these two handsets to see which one has more value for money.
Despite some cheap looking units, the Oppo Reno 6 Pro really does live up to its claims, with many features. With a reduced price, the Oppo Reno 6 Pro comes with some of the same features as the Oppo Reno 6, but with a faster charging time, some better looks and definitely better battery life. The battery life is also excellent. It lasts almost two hours on one charge, and after that, offers around forty minutes of mobile usage time. That’s considerably longer than the fifteen minute claim often made about the Oppo series, and gives the unit a real benefit over the other devices.
Like the Oppo series, the Oppo Reno 6 Pro comes with a powerful chipset. The MSMADec 4.2 features an octa-core processor, along with four ARM core clusters, including two high and two low power states. It is powerful, thanks to the four high speed cores. The four clusters are each capable of performing different tasks, allowing the device to run different operating systems. In particular, it supports the Windows Vista operating system. It is not a overclocking smartphone, but the powerful chipset will ensure that it runs quickly and most importantly, efficiently, with all of the applications that you want on it.
The Oppo Reno 6 Pro comes with a beautiful camera, complete with a twenty-eight megapixel camera lens. The chipset has four gigabytes of RAM and two gigabytes of storage. The built-in Wi-Fi is one of the best in a smartphone, and this can be expected to be especially beneficial in places where Wi-Fi connectivity is not available. It will support CDMA, GSM, and UMTS. Despite having this much storage, the price of the smartphone is actually very reasonable. Oppo Reno 6 Pro
The biggest selling point of this smartphone is its camera, and it certainly does live up to its claim. The camera setup is excellent, and the DMP resolutions allow for extremely high quality images. The dual-mode cameras allow for both normal video recording and a digital photo mode. The dual-mode cameras also have an anti-shake feature, which takes advantage of the camera’s excellent anti-shaking abilities. The image processing capabilities of this unit are excellent, and it is compatible with all formats and flavors of the Android operating system.
Another great thing about this smartphone is that the secondary sensor, the laser-assisted auto-focus lens, can work as a sort of filter. With the use of this lens, the user is able to take photos without the need of using the primary camera sensor. This is definitely a unique and useful application and it helps to keep the costs down of the smartphone. The Oppo Reno 6 Pro has a great design, a powerful chipset, and a huge list of applications.
